cuttlefish oyster sauce

This is my first cooking cuttlefish. This recipe was actually belongs to my friend. When I was at her house she cook this, for the first time I taste. . . it's delicious! I still can remember the taste.

I ask her for the recipe. So here it is for the first time I cook it. My husband like it too but he say too salty. . . well I guest I add too much salt.


And here the recipe from her I like to share with you all. . .


Gorengkan sotong dahulu

5 - 6 ekor sotong

#NOTE: Keringkan sotong terlebih dahulu

1) Gaul sotong dengan garam secukup rasa.

2) Taburkan tepung jagung atas sotong tadi

3) Goreng dalam minyak yang betul-betul panas, toskan bila garing


Sos untuk sotong goreng

1) Tumis bawang besar(kuning) 1 biji sampai garing

2) Campurkan cili kering 5 tangkai

3) MAsukkan sos tiram 3 sudu besar dan sedikit kicap

4) Bila hampir pekat, tambah sedikit air(3 sudu), sedikit garam dan gula

5) Masak hingga hampir kering dan tambah sotong tadi dan hidangkan...
