Fried Potato

Home made fried potato. Since I sill have potato, I found fried potato recipe at this website and I give a try. Turn out. . .

Yummy. . . very easy to cook.

Here how I do. . . all you need is potato, chicken cube, water to boiled, a little bit salt and corn flour.

First, peel potato skin then cut(up to you) theb leave the chicken cube in the pot to boil with the potatoes and then toss it out. Let it dry.

Then, mix the potatoes with corn flour and a little bit salt.

Deep fry the potatoes until yellowish.

served with mustard and mayonnaise
